How does the animation work in practice?
Guests come up to the illustrator's table and ask questions about the animation. They are often very curious! To avoid monopolizing them or creating a queue, a photo is enough as a basis for the drawing.
It's always a good opportunity to chat with guests, who can observe the creative process. And they enjoy watching the show!
What equipment is required?
The equipment is basic but shouldn't compromise comfort, as the illustrator will be sitting at this table for at least four hours. All you need is a standard-height table and a comfortable chair. Avoid low tables and ottomans.
The most thoughtful service providers will provide suitable lighting, allowing you to draw even after dark, in a dimly lit space. In the darkness of a party, this creates a beautiful visual effect of the artist surrounded by a halo of light.
What is the ideal location?
The illustration table can be located wherever you prefer: at the edge of the dance floor, in a sheltered garden, near the bar, etc.
For a pleasant and fluid atmosphere, just make sure the stand is visible and accessible without being in the way, such as near the kitchens.
How many people are drawn?
Illustrating one person takes between 6 and 8 minutes,
a couple 10 minutes, and
a small family with 2 children 15-20 minutes.
How much does it cost?
Services vary between 2 and 6 hours. The classic 2-hour package costs €500. Higher packages covering more than 4 hours (drinks and evening events) are available on request.
Is it possible to book on the French Riviera or in Paris?
Yes, as a wedding service provider, we love discovering new places with beautiful flowers, so we are happy to travel—provided that transportation costs are covered.
For reasonable distances, there are no transportation costs.
Is it possible to customize the drawing paper for your event?
A company logo, a wedding monogram, the date of the event...? The paper used for the illustrations can be customized according to your wishes. Done free of charge, this will be ideal for guests to keep as a souvenir of the occasion.
Can I add guests to be drawn?
Usually, this is entirely possible, depending on availability. The additional time worked will be charged on an hourly basis. Please don't hesitate to contact your illustrator for a customized quote.

How do I book?
This service can be booked between 3 and 12 months in advance. Demand is naturally higher during the peak wedding season, so it's best to avoid last-minute bookings. But nothing ventured, nothing gained!
Once availability has been confirmed, you'll need to specify the venue, the chosen time slot, and the number of guests you'd like to be illustrated.
If you're happy with the quote, you'll then receive an Agreement and the Terms and Conditions of Sale. A deposit of €200 via bank transfer secures your date.
Two months before your event, it's time to finalize the customization of your paper materials.
A few weeks before the big day, it's time to go over the final practical details.
On your big day, I will arrive at the venue 30 minutes early to set up and be ready for your guests' arrival.
